A group of hacktivists dubbed the Ghost Squad Hackers has claimed responsibility for a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack that took YouTube offline last week.
A group of hacktivists dubbed the Ghost Squad Hackers has claimed responsibility for a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack that took YouTube offline last week. The hacktivist group announced its involvement on Twitter, but it did not provide any evidence to support the claim. The DDoS attack took down the video sharing website for more than an hour. YouTube did not disclose the causes of the outage.
