At least three employees of Wichita State University in Kansas, United States, lost their paychecks after falling prey to a phishing email with a malicious link.

At least three employees of Wichita State University in Kansas, United States, lost their paychecks after falling prey to a phishing email with a malicious link. The employees were asked to click on the link and enter their myWSU credentials, giving the hackers access to personal information. The hackers also diverted the employees’ direct deposit payroll to another bank account.
