Aircraft manufacturer, Airbus, is investigating a cyber incident and data breach at its commercial aircraft business after intruders gained access to employees' personal information.

Aircraft manufacturer, Airbus, is investigating a cyber incident and data breach at its commercial aircraft business after intruders gained access to employees' personal information. The company said that the professional contact and IT identification details of some employees in Europe were accessed by a third party but did not reveal how many were affected or the nature of the hack. The attack, however, did not affect Airbus' commercial operations and there was no impact on aircraft production.
