Tammie Tham is the Group Chief Executive Officer at Ensign InfoSecurity.
Tammie is an industry veteran with 20 years of experience in the cybersecurity field. Prior to Ensign, she was the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Accel Systems & Technologies.
She serves on the Board of Trustees of the Singapore Institute of Technology and the Mediacorp Board. She is also the Honorary Secretary of SGTech and the Co-Chair of the Cyber Security Awareness Alliance.

Charles Ng is the Executive Vice President of International Business and Key Accounts at Ensign InfoSecurity.
In his role, he drives the growth of Ensign’s cyber security services in the region. This includes providing the Boards and Management of multinational companies with advice, as well as bespoke solutions to help resolve their cybersecurity challenges.
Prior to this, Charles started and headed the Booz Allen Hamilton Cyber Security practice in Asia Pacific. While serving in the government, Charles was involved in the formation of the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore.
Diana Tan is the Executive Vice President of Corporate and Chief Legal Counsel at Ensign InfoSecurity Group.
Prior to joining Ensign, she was Senior Vice President and Head of Legal in Pavilion Energy and Pavilion Gas, and Head of Legal in Singapore Technologies Electronics. In Singapore Technologies Electronics, she also held the additional portfolio of Business
Development, looking into new business and investments.
Diana started her career as a practicing corporate lawyer focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and transactional works with emphasis on tax and tax related issues. She qualified as a Barrister-at-law at Lincoln’s Inn, London,
United Kingdom and was called to the English Bar in 1992. She was also admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitors of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1994.
Simon Cheong is the Executive Vice President of Systems Integration at Ensign InfoSecurity.
In his role, he’s responsible for driving the growth and operations of the Systems Integration business unit. He has over 18 years of experience in enterprise, strategic sales, channel and customer account management in the areas of security, software and services.
Prior to joining Ensign, Simon headed the channel sales business at McAfee in the Asia Pacific region. He also previously held various management and sales roles at RSA, Cisco, CA Inc and Singapore Computer Systems covering the region.

Steven Ng Yong Teng is the Chief Information Officer at Ensign InfoSecurity.
As the CIO, Steven provides the vision, leadership and technology governance to support Ensign’s long-term business growth in the areas of enterprise-wide IT, digital transformation and cybersecurity.
Prior to this, Steven held leadership roles with the Singapore Ministry of Defence, including serving as the Director of Threat Intelligence Group in the Defence Cyber Organisation, and Head of various technical operations and strategic analysis groups
in the Military Intelligence Organisation. He has extensive experience in leading large-scale technical operations and building new start-up teams.
Tan Ah Tuan is the Executive Vice President of Labs at Ensign Infosecurity.
Prior to joining Ensign, Ah Tuan held leadership roles with Singapore’s Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA). He was DSTA’s Group Technology Officer, Director Cybersecurity and Director Infocomm Infrastructure. As the Group Technology Officer, he was responsible for the management of R&D projects, the competency development in emerging technologies, as well as the security of DSTA’s data, systems and projects. As Director Cybersecurity, he led the development of cyber defence architecture and solutions for various C4IT systems and networks in MINDEF (Ministry of Defence) and the SAF (Singapore Armed Forces). He was instrumental in building up DSTA’s competencies to support the growing demands for cyber solutions in defence.
Ah Tuan was awarded the Defence Technology Prize Individual (Engineering) in 2014 for his contribution to Singapore’s defence. He was also awarded the Public Administration Medal – Silver and the Public Administration Medal – Bronze.
Chan Kok Leong is the Vice President of Engineering at Ensign InfoSecurity.
At Ensign, Kok Leong leads a team of technical specialists and engineers that provide cybersecurity services, from purpose-built Security Operation Centres that continually deal with emerging threats and vulnerabilities, to controls and processes created to protect customers’ assets. As the lead Cyber Security Solution Architect at Ensign, Kok Leong is responsible for the development, integration and delivery of cyber security services across a variety of sectors.
Prior to this role, Kok Leong was the Director of Technology and Chief Architect at Accel Systems & Technologies. Building his craft throughout his career, Kok Leong is an expert in cybersecurity and very experienced in designing and implementing cybersecurity infrastructure, and advising clients on best practices and compliance.
Lynn Tan is the Vice President of Sales at Ensign InfoSecurity
Lynn leads the enterprise sales team at Ensign, and drives the sales strategies for customers across industries. She brings with her over a decade of experience in enterprise sales with niche expertise in the public sector. Passionate about cyber, she was heavily involved in multiple projects that required complex solution selling, implementing and securing clients’ infrastructure, and in the process, helping many organisations in their digital transformation journey.
Prior to Ensign, Lynn was one of the pioneers who set up Accel Systems & Technologies in 2012, and played a pivotal role in growing the company. During her tenure, she held several roles, accumulating a diverse set of experiences in sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
Roland Lau is the Vice President of Managed Security Services (MSS) at Ensign InfoSecurity.
Roland is responsible for the service transformation of the MSS business unit, and the provision of intelligence-led advanced detection, as well as threat hunting and response services. He oversees Ensign’s Security Operation Centres (SOCs), and integrates the expertise of diverse teams, including service delivery management, device management, governance, and DevSecOps teams to deliver a comprehensive suite of services to customers.
Prior to Ensign, Roland was the Head for IT Security Operations at Keppel Enterprise Services where he led the set up and implementation of the IT-SOC, and upskilled IT support personnel through trainings on vulnerability assessment and incident response capabilities.
Mr Lee is the Chairman of Ensign InfoSecurity and Ensign InfoSecurity (Cybersecurity) Pte. Ltd. He sits on the boards of SMRT Corporation Ltd and Great Eastern Holdings Limited.
Mr Lee was appointed Deputy CEO of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd in December 2014, a role he held concurrently with President of Defence Business for the ST Engineering Group. He joined Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited in December 2000, and was the President of ST Electronics from 15 August 2009 to 31 December 2016. He has been with ST Engineering Group for 17 years until he retired on 30 June 2017.
Prior to joining ST Electronics, he served in the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) as Director of Joint Intelligence Directorate from 1996 to 2000. Over the years while serving in MINDEF and the Singapore Armed Forces, he held various positions such as the Director of Military Security Department and Assistant Chief of General Staff (Logistics). During his career in the Singapore Armed Forces, he was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Military) for the Gold and Silver categories and the SAF Long Service & Good Conduct Medal (22 years). He held the rank of Brigadier-General when he retired from active military service.
Mr Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Master of Arts (Engineering Science) from the University of Oxford (UK), and attended the Stanford University Executive Programme. He was conferred the Honorary Fellowship from the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisations (AFEO), in recognition of his contributions to the engineering profession and industry.
Mr Yap Chee Keong is the Chairman of Ensign’s Audit and Risk Committee. He joined the Ensign’s board in September 2019.
He is also Deputy Chairman of Sembcorp Marine Ltd and sits on various boards including Olam International Limited, Sembcorp Industries Limited , Shangri-La Asia Limited, Mediacorp Pte Ltd, Aviva Singlife Holdings Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries, and
PIL Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries.
Mr Yap was formerly the Executive Director of the Straits Trading Group and the Chief Financial Officer of the Singapore Power Ltd. He was also the chairman of CityNet Infrastructure Management (the trustee manager of NetLink Trust) and Singapore District
He was a board member of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and a member of the Public Accountants Oversight Committee. He was a member of the MAS/SGX/ACRA Work Group to review the Guidebook for Audit Committees in Singapore and the
MAS/SGX/ACRA/SID Review Panel to develop a Guide for Board Risk Committees in Singapore.
Mr Yap holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and is a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Mr Teo Ek Tor joined the Ensign's Board in October 2018.
He is concurrently also the Chairman of STT Communications Ltd, Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd and Asia Mobile Holdings Pte Ltd,. He also sits on many boards including StarHub Ltd., PrimePartners Group of companies and Aris PrimePartners Asset Management Pte Ltd.
Mr Teo has vast experience in investment banking, asset management and financial services in Asia, and brings with him in-depth financial and analytical expertise. He had contributed to, and been instrumental in the development of two major regional investment banking groups – Morgan Grenfell Asia (1980-1993) and BNP Prime Peregrine (1997-1999). Mr Teo held senior executive positions within the Morgan Grenfell Asia group and was the Regional Managing Director of BNP Prime Peregrine (Singapore) Ltd.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), with a major in Business Administration, from the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
Mr Khoo Boon Hui joined the Ensign’s board in October 2018.
With more than 30 years of experience in law enforcement and a recognised expert in organisational management, Mr Khoo began his career in the Singapore Police Force in 1977 and became its Commissioner from 1997 to 2010. He also served as President of INTERPOL from 2008 to 2012 and Senior Deputy Secretary of Singapore’s Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) from 2010 to 2014.
Upon his retirement from the Government service in 2015, Mr Khoo was appointed Senior Advisor of the Ministry of Home Affairs, and was re-designated a Senior Fellow in 2016.
Mr Khoo is Chairman of the Cybersecurity Advisory Group to the Minister-in-charge of Cybersecurity. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Civil Service College and also sits on the boards of Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd, Singapore National Eye Centre Pte Ltd, PKBH International Consultancy Pte Ltd, Certis Cisco Security Pte Ltd, Cognifyx Pte Ltd and Sing Digital Assets Exchange Pte Ltd. In addition, Mr Khoo is an advisor to entities in the field of banking, technology, cybersecurity, healthcare including Nasdaq-listed Arqit Quantum, as well as INTERPOL.
Mr Khoo holds a Bachelor in Engineering Science and Economics from Oxford University, UK, and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, USA.
Mr Yeoh Keat Chuan joined the Ensign’s board in October 2018. Mr Yeoh is a member of Ensign’s Audit and Risk Committee.
He was Ensign’s interim Chief Executive Officer from its inception till 30 September 2019.
Mr Yeoh is CEO of Temus Pte Ltd, a digital transformation services company which is majority owned by Temasek Holdings. He was seconded from Temasek to Temus in April 2022. He held the positions of Deputy Head, Enterprise Development Group and Deputy Head, Singapore Projects at Temasek. Prior to joining Temasek in Oct 2017, Mr Yeoh was Managing Director of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), the lead government agency for industry development and investment promotion. He spent a number of years in the US while he was with the EDB.
Mr Yeoh is a Glaxo-EDB scholar who graduated with a Masters of Engineering (Chemical Engineering), from Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine. He also attended Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business Masters in Management Science programme.”
Mr Dennis Chia joined the Ensign's Board in July 2019. Mr Chia is a member of Ensign’s Audit and Risk Committee.
He oversees StarHub’s financial health, develops and executes strategies through financial management and ensures that business decisions are financially sound. He is also responsible for driving merger and acquisition activities as well as procurement, supply chain and enterprise risk management.
Prior to joining StarHub, Mr Chia was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of STATS ChipPAC (Worldwide), a leading provider of advanced semiconductor packaging and test services. He was also with Lear Corporation as its Vice President of Finance, Asia Pacific Operations and CFO of Behringer Corporation and Frontline Technologies Corporation.
Mr Chia is a Chartered Accountant and currently a council member with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hull, United Kingdom.
Ms Rashmy Chatterjee joined the Ensign’s board in March 2020. She is the CEO of ISTARI - the Global Cybersecurity platform established by Temasek to help clients manage their digital risk in times of rapid digitalisation. It harnesses the collective power of the world’s leading cybersecurity companies, people and knowledge to work alongside clients to secure their business growth and earn digital trust.
Ms Chatterjee has held a number of global sales and marketing leadership roles in her career. She spent over two decades at IBM, where her most recent positions included global sales leader for IBM Security and Chief Marketing Officer for IBM NA. Prior to IBM, Ms Chatterjee served in the Indian Navy as the Deputy Director of Naval Design. She was the first female engineer to join the Navy and was commended by the President of India for her work in establishing the Indian Naval CAD/CAM centre.
Ms Chatterjee is passionate about building a culture of long-term client relationships and developing talent. She is an advocate for women in technology and sits on a number of boards. She is also a Fellow of the International Marketing Academy.
Ms Chatterjee graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. She and her husband live in London.
Ms Veronica Lai joined the Ensign's Board in October 2018.
She is responsible for StarHub’s Legal, Corporate Secretariat, Regulatory, Corporate Communications and Sustainability functions.
Prior to this role, Ms Lai was the Group’s General Counsel and Company Secretary. Before joining StarHub, she practised law at Rajah and Tann LLP.
Ms Lai serves as the Honorary Treasurer of the Management Committee of the Global Compact Network Singapore and is a member of the Global Reporting Initivative (GRI) Singapore Advisory Committee. She was conferred the Chief Legal Officer 2020 Award by the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association, and is listed in Legal 500’s GC Powerlist. She also received the Asian Company Secretary 2013 Award for Singapore by Corporate Governance Asia. Ms Lai holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
Mr Chong Siew Loong joined the Ensign's Board in July 2019.
Mr Chong provides leadership to maintain a robust and efficient network to support StarHub’s multiple lines of business. He is also responsible for establishing the company's technical vision and leading all aspects of technology development.
Mr Chong was one of the pioneers in StarHub's formative years when the company won the licence to operate as a telco in 1998. He also set up and managed the Network and Systems Division at StarHub's wholly-owned subsidiary Nucleus Connect, where he now serves as General Manager.
Mr Chong received the 40 Under 40 award from the Global Telecoms Business in 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom.
