Ensign's VP of Advisory, Teo Xiang Zheng, participated as a virtual speaker at the International Cyber Defence Conference (CYDEF2023) from 29 Nov to 1 Dec, held in Tokyo, Japan, under the theme "International Order and Active Cyber Defence".

On his topic "Enabling Threat-informed Defence Through Greater Threat Situation Awareness", Xiang Zheng covered highlights from the Ensign Cyber Threat Landscape Report 2023, the top threats observed in the APAC region, including the rise of "spray and pray" attacks and chinese-associated threat groups. He further shared about the importance of leveraging a threat-informed defence approach, to establish intel-led defence strategy, enable prioritised defence actions, and to enhance threat response and risk management.
